We are writing to make you aware of an important provider change at our Commonwealth Primary Care Ridgefield location.

Andrew Shiflett, PA-C will be leaving his current position with our Ridgefield Office and will transition his patients to another provider beginning June 2, 2023. Andrew has thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with his patients over the past 7 years. While he will miss all of his patients, he has elected to transition to a new field of medicine to continue his professional growth. We appreciate the excellent care Andrew Shiflett provided to our patients and wish him well.
