Commonwealth Primary Care Opens New Office in Far West End

Commonwealth Primary Care, Inc. announces the opening of their new office in the far West End, Richmond at West Creek Medical Park. This is an expansion by Commonwealth Primary Care to establish a robust presence in the burgeoning growth in the Innsbrook, Short Pump and far West End Market. The practice is one of the largest and preeminent family practice groups in the RVA market serving patients in nine locations throughout the MSA.

CPC is guided by the physicians within the practice using cutting edge programs to improve quality of care. They have been highly successful in achieving the “Triple Aim” which is the pursuit of improving the patient experience of care, improving the health of populations, and reducing the per capita cost of health care.

The new West Creek location at 1630 Wilkes Ridge Parkway offers easy accessibility to three major interstates: Route 288, I-64 West, and I-295. This is CPC’s ninth office throughout the Richmond metropolitan area since they began in 2002. Providers accepting patients at this new location are Dr. G.
